Uploading a PDF and radio button values are wrong.

I have a set of radio buttons:

A, B, C,  D

In the PDF the values for the "Radio Button Choice:" are A, B, C, and D reqpectively.

When uploading for E-Signatures the values change so button A gets value C or B gets A etc.

I can switch them back in the form design step but if I have to make changes to the form I have to do this every time and it would be nice to figure out where I am making a mistake.

Any potential ideas would be appreciated even if is just pointing me in the right direction.

Thank you!

Hi BrShaw,

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned above, the value changes when you upload the form in Acrobat Sign.

Could you please confirm how you are creating the form initially? It will help us to understand where the issue occurs.

It would be helpful if you could share the steps and the PDF form you have created with us.

Let us know if the issue is already resolved.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
