User Unable to get E-Sign document to upload

I have a user that is trying to perform batch e-signautre requests. When trying to do it from the desktop app, we get the erorr "Request e-signature services are not available at this time." If we try to do it from the web portal, the document will try to upload and then error out saying "Sorry, something went wrong."

 

Any ideas on what the issue might be.

Tried to work with the user again this morning and received a new error when the document would try to upload to be sent out for e-sign.

What product are you using? Acrobat o Sign for Business or Enterprise?    Is the latter, make sure that the user has been assigned Sign in the admin console.

Ask the user to verify which profile was selected when signing in.  Make sure he selects the profile pertaining to the company that assigned him/her the license.  See attached.

Signing into company account did allow us to advance further, but we still were unable to complete the bulk sigature request. We received the following error, despite the user having a solid internet connection.

Clear cache, cookies etc and retry.   Also try sending from web instead of desktop.

This error came from trying to process the request on web, but I will clear cache and cookies and try again.
