I have a user that is trying to perform batch e-signautre requests. When trying to do it from the desktop app, we get the erorr "Request e-signature services are not available at this time." If we try to do it from the web portal, the document will try to upload and then error out saying "Sorry, something went wrong."
Any ideas on what the issue might be.

What product are you using? Acrobat o Sign for Business or Enterprise? Is the latter, make sure that the user has been assigned Sign in the admin console.

Clear cache, cookies etc and retry. Also try sending from web instead of desktop.

This error came from trying to process the request on web, but I will clear cache and cookies and try again.

Cleared cache and cookies and did the entire process on the web, still getting the same error.

I suggest you create a case in the admin console under the SUPPORT tab.
