HI TMoneyHi11,

Thank you for reaching out.

The settings will be available under the Admin account. If you are not the Admin of the Acrobat Sign account, could you check with the Admin for the account in your company? Please check the screenshot below for reference:

Same this is happening to us!  I'm going to call Adobe support tomorrow to see if there is a setting we can change,  but so far I have not found any options with Account Settings or the template itself.  This issue was reported by our clients using the webform this week, but it may have been going on longer than that. They said the timeouts are fairly quick so it doesn't sound like they are just sitting with their browser open for long period of time, it's more that something it going on with AdobeSigne servers, or perhaps browser compatibility? We aren't sure what to advise our clients at this point and it's a frustrating experience for them as they have to start over compeltely even if they've filled in a lot of the form.

Please help!!

Check your settings form webforms in the Account Tab - you need to be an Admin.

Hello,

I’m also facing a similar issue with session timeouts in a web form created using Adobe Acrobat and embedded in a WordPress site via an iframe. It’s causing frustration for users as they are unable to complete the form before the session times out.

I noticed that you mentioned reaching out to Adobe support. Have you found any solutions or workarounds to address this issue? Any insights or updates would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Once again - check your Account settings.  Need to be an admin to change.

Hello,

Thank you for your previous response! I’ve tried looking for the Security Settings to adjust the web session duration, but I haven’t been able to locate them. I’ve checked the following links:

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find the specific settings mentioned. Could you please guide me through the exact steps or let me know where I should be looking to find the Security Settings for adjusting session timeout?

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi @mariahweyne ,

Can you please elaborate on where exactly you go to update these Security Settings?  I have looked all through the Admin settings and cannot find it.

Thanks!
