I have had a recurring problem when clicking "Request E-Signatures" a blank, white pop-up appears, where the insert recipient emails dialog box would be. I have chatted with Adobe Customer Service twice and each time they uninstalled and redownloaded Acrobat. The problem was "fixed" for at most a week, but then occurred again. I have restarted my computer and signed out and back in, but the problem persists. I have checked and Acrobat says it is up to date. The details for my acrobat are below as well as an image of the problem. Requesting signatures works on web, but that is not a reasonable fix if it's supposed to work on the desktop version.
