When my department email is cc'd on an AdobeSign doc, sometimes the completed doc is emailed and sometimes only a report is. Anyone know why? Thank you!

We have checked your account using the same email address that is used to sign in to the community. You are using the Adobe Sign enterprise plan.
As you have mentioned above, sometimes you receive the completed document and at other times only the report. It may be because of the settings set by the account admin for the different users in the account. In this case, I would suggest you check with the account admin for Adobe Sign in your organization.
