Question

you are not authorised to send documents for signature

I'm getting this message in Adobe Reader when trying to send a document for e-signatures.  "you are not authorised to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator".  I still have 1 free e-signature request available.

This was working fine until I tried the free trial to see if additional funcitonality would be useful.  It wasn't so I cancelled my plan, now I can't use it at all and keep being prompted to upgrade.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe and Creative Cloud but it makes no difference.  There is nothing wrong with my billing, I am fully paid up on the plan I have subscribed for.
