I have an art show up currently. Each piece has a we code that unlocks an experience in the space. Many different phones can't access the experiences through the app it prompts you to download. We've then had people download the full app. In cases where neither works we had two spare phones on site for the experience. All of a sudden yesterday they both stopped working. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling apps. We've tried restarting phones. We've tried updating phones. None of that works. Is there a setting in the phone? These are all anchored to the art images if that changes anything.
