Hi. I have a problem in Adobe Express. I have been trying to animate from audio but I always get this message: "Something went wrong while creating your animation. Please refresh the page."  I have restarted my computer, cleared cookies, and tried Incognito mode. I do not know what else. Please help. Thank you. 

Hi,I’m having a problem with the 3D and Materials effect in Adobe Illustrator.I have an object with a 3D and Materials effect applied. When I change the object's Fill color, the Fill color changes correctly in the Appearance panel and in the Swatches panel, but the 3D rendered object remains the original color.For example:Original Fill color: Red I change the Fill to Green Appearance panel shows Fill: Green Swatches panel shows Green However, the 3D rendered object remains RedI have attached two screenshots showing the problem.I have already tried:Changing the Fill color from the Swatches panel Changing the Fill directly from the Appearance panel Turning the 3D and Materials effect off and on again Reopening the 3D and Materials settings Checking the material/color settingsNothing updates the rendered 3D color.Is this a known bug in Illustrator 2026? I have a problem with video generation in Adobe Firefly.Adobe Firefly Video Model works correctly, but all Partner Models fail to generate video.I tested:Google Veo 3.1 Fast — error Kling — error Luma Ray 3.14 — error Adobe Firefly Video — works correctlyWith the Partner Models I receive the following message:“The server was unable to process your request. Check your internet connection and try again.”My internet connection is working normally, and Adobe Firefly Video generates successfully.I need to use the Partner Models today. Could you please check whether there is an issue or restriction with Partner Model access on my Adobe account?Please also confirm whether this is a known service issue and provide a solution or workaround.

Right hand panel opens as default behavior on Acrobat Reader. This is unhelpful and I have heard 1000s of people complain about this. We have laptop computers and, when we use them without docking stations, the right hand panel ‘eats’ a significant portion of the screen area. I work in an engineering environment on a secure/controlled network and cannot edit the registry keys or the application files to remove the right hand panel. Our PDF and Acrobat installation, files are locked and changing the open feature is not possible.Additionally, the changes to the application files are automatically reverted to ‘default’ when an update is done.The right hand panel might maybe be useful for a small portion of users but is definitely NOT useful for engineering or government users. Case number: ADB-44919992-N5Q7Case number: ADB-44861695-F0W1Case number: ADB-45044793-Y7L1Case number: ADB-46446672-H3P5 all refer to the same enquiry that i was and still am unable to delete adobe account and that is not happening as I am not able to cancel my subscription even though  i have left airtel network. and their t&c state so. adobe does not provide support email. i am tired. my subscription ends in 2027. i have no interest in owning either a subscription or an adobe account. airtel is not helping. adobe has no SOP in place to handle such a procedure.

Can not open and use photoshop, error code 12000

For the last couple of weeks all images opened in Photoshop Beta appear overexposed. I usually open Raw files after doing initial edits in Lightroom but the same happens if I open files directly from the computer or cloud storage. File type makes no difference, the same occurs with TIFF, PSD, JPEG etc  Images open correctly when I use Photoshop 2026. These screenshots of the same imgage show the difference:- As Photoshop 2026 (and all other photo viewing software) shows the image as expected, the problem is clearly with Photoshop Beta.Hopefully this can be sorted! 

Hello,I can’t re-install the photoshop app on my macbook pro.  and when i tried to open thr former one it said: "You can't open the app "Adobe Photoshop 2026" because it may be damaged or incomplete."help please

Pessoal, preciso de uma ajuda. Comprei uma assinatura oficial do Photoshop há poucos dias e, desde então, não consigo usar o programa. Sempre que abro, aparece a mensagem dizendo que não foi possível verificar o status da assinatura e que parece não haver conexão com a internet, mesmo minha internet funcionando normalmente. O mais estranho é que consigo acessar minha conta Adobe sem problemas, mas a página "Meus Planos" nunca carrega. Já desinstalei todos os aplicativos da Adobe, utilizei a Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, reinstalei tudo do zero, limpei DNS, redefini o Winsock e o problema continua exatamente igual. Alguém já passou por isso ou sabe o que pode estar acontecendo? Qualquer ajuda é muito bem-vinda. Obrigado!

 Se me actualizó el móvil y se me desinstalo la app y al volver a descargar no se me restauraron todas las fotos perdí 20.000 fotos trabajos importantes y tenía trabajo que terminar que tengo que entregar
