control click while using a tool brings up a window to quickly select other option for that tool.

For example: lasso tool is selected, control click anywhere in the image and you get a small window that allows to choose from other lasso options: selection brush, polygon lasso or magnetic lasso. this would make switching between tool options so much faster.
