Aero Target Images Not Being Recognized

I have set up 3 different experiments using 3 different files, all created the in the same manner from Illustrator to Photoshop to export to Aero. The first file works as expected. I load a target. Load the Photoshop file. Adjust the layers and position them as needed.

 

The first file recognizes the target and loads the "exploded" graphic in the view and acts as one would expect (see Working.png).

 

The second and third files, however, just show the target image and asks "Locate this image to view the scene" (See Not-Working.png). 

 

All three of these files were created the exact same way, yet receiving wildly different behaviors in this application. How can we gain consistency in our output to reliably use this tool; even in the "beta" stage"?

Also to note, this happens whether I am using the native Aero app on the iOS or a shared QR code.

Still having serious problems with placement, rendering, and consistency. Attached a simple piece in Aero desktop and how it is rendering in the mobile view when fixed on target.
