May i commercially use the patterns, generated by Adobe Capture, and automatically saved in my free acount of the Adobe Creatve Cloud, without a paid subscription of any services, program, or software.

yes, you can. You have the known limitation in Space and Maybe functionality but feel free to use your creative work. Hope that helps.
