Buongiorno.

Ciao

Flavio

Good morning.

I installed on my ipad mini 3 Adobe capture. The application works correctly except for the "shape" function, that is to transform the jpeg photo into vectorial images.

Could you explain the problem to me? could it be a problem of incompatibility?

Thanks for your attention and have a nice day

Flavio.

I'm sorry for taking so long to post. I've heard back from the product team and there is something they would like you to try.

Please send me an email through the in-app feedback so I can see all of the app/device information that auto-populates the email.

Hi Flavio.

I'm sorry the app doesn't seem to be working correctly.

When creating a Shape in Capture, the art becomes a vector image when brought into another application (as an example, when imported through the Shapes menu onto an Adobe Draw canvas) but the only way to export a Shape directly from Capture as a .svg is with a Creative Cloud subscription.

Are you trying to export a .svg directly from the app? Or are you trying to do something else? Any additional information about how you're trying/wanting to get a vector shape out of Capture would be helpful.
