Is there an Adobe program i could use to create Doodle art on my Android phone?

Please help....

I am new to Adobe...and have used the business part of it (PDFs conversions etc) VERY SICCESSFULLY, but I am lost when it comes to creating art from scratch...

I want to start With something simple and have EVERY Adobe program available to me (I have the whole package) but where do I go to create Doodle art?????

Please help...treat your advice like a "How to ... for dummies" please as I am not very learned and I don't even know where to find the right videos/explanations on the web...trust me, I've tried....

Adobe Capture, where you posted, lets you create color themes, patterns, vector-based shapes, 3D materials, type, and custom brushes from a photo. It does not let you doodle.

There are several apps available for iPad, but I don't use Android and am not familiar with the apps available for it.

None of those are available for Android phones. Two of them are available only for iPadOS.
