I've recently signed up for color.adobe.com and tried to create new document but it's shown 404 error message -the page you're looking for could not be found.
I've already cleared cash in my browser but this silly message is keep going ''the page you're looking for could not be found
How to fix it?
Hi Tain,
when I put http://color.adobe.com in my browser I'm instantly redirected to https://color.adobe.com/sr/sr/create and 404 message keeps displaying ''oops 404, the page you're looking for could not be found''
I tried to sign in to my account put my email address and password and nothing changed I am still having this message ''oops 404, the page you're looking for could not be found'' it's really annoying how to fix it?

Hi Alex, may you share screenshot of error page.
Also, when you say 'create new document', you meant creating/saving new theme, right?

We are able to reproduce this issue on our end, and will be releasing a fix for this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please follow the steps written below in order to reset your language preference to "English" for the time being:
1. Click on "Create" on the header. this should redirect you to https://color.adobe.com/create
2. Clear your cookies for https://color.adobe.com. Please see which one of these is relevant for you based on the browser you are using:
- For Chrome - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
- For Safari - https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/safari/sfri11471/mac
- For Microsoft Edge - https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4027947/windows-delete-cookies
3. Reload the webpage.
4. If your preferred language is not "English", you can now set it to your preferred language from the language selector on the bottom-left corner of the page. Attaching a screenshot for your reference.
Let us know if you continue to face the issue after following these steps in order.
