My Adobe color library suddenly disapaird. When I create a new library, it shows up in my library in Illustrator, but not in Color?

Hi @Veslemøy5EF8 , Are you sure you are logged into the same CC acount in both Illustrator and the color.adobe.com site?

Yes! I am - I just checked.
When I click into my library, it is sorted on “last changed”, and not
possible to change to sort on name, and this message is showing :
(Translated) You do not own any color themes or gradients

products.

My older libraries are gone, only some tests libraries from the past days
are showing. In Illustrator and InDesign, both my older and new test library
show up.
ADOBE STOCK
In my account, all of my libraries are gone. When I chose an image I have to
create a new library because none of my already created libraries are
showing, they are missing.
When I click on my blue’ish user icon, my resources and license history is
still there, but the images saved in license history are listed by date, not
library.
My old and new stock libraries shows up in Illustrator and InDesign, but not
in my Adobe stock account.
So, my Adobe color and stock account are not working as they should

Eu estou com o mesmo problema, minha biblioteca desapareceu, com todas minhas paletas, nao consigo alterar a cor de uma paleta ja criada antiga, sendo que nao apaguei em momento algum nenhuma de minhas bibliotecas antigas. Estou com exatamente os mesmos problemas que você.

can you please check once if you have sufficient free space available in your account. to check this navigate to https://assets.adobe.com/libraries and look at bottom left option.
if you have plenty of space available, we will surely look into it.
