Hello there!

There are two base colors, a blue and a green, that I would like to use to create a full color palette (complementary yellow, red, purple, etc).

Is there a way in Adobe Color to do this?

Right now only one base color is supported. But we will check on your request for future.
In the interim, just select “Custom” harmony rule from left panel and you can try adjusting all 5 colors separately?
