Hi there, new to Adobe Color.
Ive uploaded and image and want to save my colour palet but it is not allowing me to save.
"Save to" is inactive(when i click the arrow pointing down it does nothing). I can creat a new collection and write a Name, but it is about it.
Do i have to pay? Or have other apps such as PS or Illustaror in order this to work?

seems like an account specific issue. will it be possible for you to have a short meeting with us, so that we can check on this issue? if it works, please drop me an email, and we can continue looking into this issue in that.
in the meantime, will it be possible for you to open https://assets.adobe.com/libraries and see if you can add a library there? if that works, just refresh the adobe color page, and try again.

Hi there 🙂 thank you for your reply, and sorry for the late reply, hence Xmas time 🙂
So i found i had the clour storage full to the max. I deleted all now and there are no pics through Lightroom now. At this moment it still shows the memory is full. How long this may take till it updates. Also i should tell you I am not subscribed to Lightroom at this moment. Thank you. Jana 🙂

just check "Your Files" section from left panel, you might be having more items stored there, occupying storage space.

please check if your account have access to creative cloud services or not. you can check this with adobe customer service.
in the meantime, please open https://assets.adobe.com/libraries and see if your account shows access to cloud storage (at bottom left). if you are unable to access above page, it is possible your account doesn't have access to storage service, which is needed to store/save color palette.
