Firefly Board (Beta) keeps loading and never completes

Fireflyの「ボード（Beta）」機能についてご相談です。

「＋ボードを新規作成」を押したあと、読み込み中のまま画面が固まり、一切操作できない状態が続いています。

以下の環境・対処をすでに試しましたが、すべて効果がありませんでした。

• Chrome・Edgeの最新版で確認済み

• ブラウザのキャッシュ削除・Cookie削除

• 拡張機能の無効化

• Adobe CCデスクトップアプリ側の設定確認

• Fireflyはログイン状態、他機能は動作しています

セミナーで紹介されていたので活用したかったのですが、現時点では業務での利用ができない状態です。

When I click “＋Create New Board”, the screen gets stuck in an infinite loading state and I cannot proceed.

• Confirmed on the latest versions of Chrome and Edge

• Cleared browser cache and cookies

• Disabled all browser extensions

• Verified Adobe CC Desktop settings

• Logged into Firefly, other functions are working properly

Since this feature was introduced in a recent Adobe webinar, I was hoping to use it in actual work — but currently it's unusable.

Any advice or insight would be appreciated!

Can you please tell us what OS and browser you are using along with their version numbers?  Can you try another browser as a test and see if you experience the same problem?

企業内からのアクセスという事であれば外部回線へアクセスする経路でのフィルタリングの影響を受けている可能性があります。ネットワーク管理者にファイアウォールの影響を受けていないかを確認してください。

また、アカウント名は本名でしょうか？
