Speech Generation doesn't load. It just spins and spins.

When I attempt to use the credits my company purchased to generate speech, it never loads. I’ve signed out, rebooted my computer and tried over and over again. It never loads. I either get a spinning circle or a fuzzy AI creature saying to try later.

Browser locks when opening subfolders

When opening most subfolders the browser locks up with IPhone, IPad and windows. I’ve tried Edge, Safari and Chrome browsers. I’ve cleared the cash, logged in, in Incognito mode with Chrome on IPhone. Last attempted to login with a never used Chrome
