Estou criando uma historinha infantil com meus personagens originais Clara, Pedro e Davi. A imagem mostra os três personagens desenhados, vestidos, preparando um piquenique no jardim.Ao tentar animá-la no Adobe Firefly com o modelo Veo 3.1 Lite, em 1080p, 16:9 e 8 segundos, recebi a mensagem de que a imagem de referência não atende às Diretrizes do usuário.Li as diretrizes e não identifiquei conteúdo proibido na cena. Gostaria de saber se houve uma classificação incorreta ou se existe uma restrição desse modelo a personagens infantis, inclusive desenhos.Solicito uma análise e orientação sobre como animar essa ilustração. Caso esse modelo não seja compatível, quais modelos disponíveis no Firefly permitem esse conteúdo?Tentei usar “Relatar um erro”, mas a opção encaminhou para este formulário de solicitação de recurso.

Eu am nevoie sa-mi descriu detaliat printr-un prompt complex tipul de melodie pe care vreau s-o generez. Pastrati interfata actuala pentru copii cu varsta cuprinsa intre 10-16 ani, iar pentru chestii serioase faceti si voi o interfata cum e la generarea de imagini.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the current "use-it-or-lose-it" policy regarding Generative Credits. As a long-time paying subscriber, I find the monthly resetting of credits to be unfair and inconsistent with a paid service model.The current system forces a "use it or lose it" pressure on users. Since I am paying for these credits as part of my subscription, they should be treated as a purchased asset. Having them expire every month instead of rolling over feels like paying for a service that is not being fully delivered.I believe a more ethical and user-centric approach would be to allow credits to accumulate and roll over to the following months.  Is there a way to buy the credits without the monthly subscription? I don’t need this for a longer term use but i would like to be able to work on a few projects for short term.

Please add a native 4K output option for GPT Image 2.5 in Adobe Firefly.GPT Image 2.5 is extremely impressive for high-quality image editing, especially for professional product and jewelry photography.However, the lack of a native 4K output option is a major limitation for professional workflows. Please add a resolution selector such as:1K / 2K / 4KA true native 4K output would make GPT Image 2.5 much more useful for commercial photography, advertising, e-commerce, jewelry, and high-end retouching.Please consider adding this option to Firefly. We really need to be able to export GPT images in 2K and 4K resolution. The 1K outputs are quite low quality and only sufficient for basic social media use. Do you have any active development or plans regarding this? Upscaling images to 4K using other models ruins the fine textures and doesn't yield useful results.

there is no resolution control for Gpt-image 2. This makes the product unusable compared to ComfyUI or Weavy. 

estoy tratando de traducir el audio de un video de un idioma a otro, cargo el video, hace la transcripción pero no del todo correcto, tiene algunas palabras que no lo trascribe correctamente, sugiero que tenga la opción de editar la transcripción para asi corregir algunas palabras antes de generar el doble de audio

There's no posibility to edit the transcription, and there are several phrases that it misunderstood. So the translation is imposible due to those errors, hence, useless...   Also, it will consume my credits for generation, but it dont tell me how many. So I dont know if it will rip off all my credits or use just a few. I wont risk it and not be able to work later properly.

The deprecation of Gemini 2.5 flash (Nano Banana) has been pushed out to March 15 2027. It is therefore still available for use. Credits I don’t use each month should roll over to be used the next month. If I pay for 2000 credits and don’t use them I should get a refund on money for the unused credits or they should roll over to the next month. This has practical applications for us on a budget as well. If I have a light work load now, I can save up my credits and use them for a big project I have coming up in a few months. By not rolling the credits over, that I paid for, its tantamount to theft. No other business would survive such a policy. Imagine going to a restaurant and you couldn’t finish the meal and you ask for a ‘doggy bag’ for the leftover food and they told you NO. That would be a horrible policy for them. Thats what you are doing by not allowing rollover credits.

Feature Request: Allow Generative Credits to AccumulateI would like to suggest allowing unused generative credits to roll over to the following month instead of expiring at the end of each billing cycle.Creative projects vary in scope, and some months require significantly more AI generations than others. For example, a project may require extensive testing and refinement one month, while the next month may involve less generation.Allowing unused credits to accumulate would give subscribers more flexibility, help reduce wasted credits, and make the subscription feel more valuable. Even a rollover system with a reasonable accumulation limit would be a significant improvement. For exemplo I my self have not used my credits for 2 month and this month I was not able to complete my project because I used all the credits.I believe this would be a fairer and more practical approach for subscribers who use Firefly for professional creative projects.Thank you for considering this suggestion.

Credit subscriptions do not make sense if you already have a Pro subscription. I should be able to purchase a bulk number, such as 10,000 credits, for a one time fee. Having a credit subscription makes zero sense. I don’t need the extra features if I’m purchasing credits. And I shouldn’t have to cancel every time I purchase credits due to how painful (and confusing) the subscription management is on here.

I would also like to suggest giving Adobe subscribers the option to purchase additional generative credits whenever needed, without having to subscribe to a separate plan.As a Creative Cloud subscriber, I would appreciate the flexibility to buy extra credits on demand when I need them, rather than being required to maintain another subscription just to access additional generations.AI video production can consume credits very quickly, especially when testing prompts, refining scenes, and producing final versions. A simple pay-as-you-go option or one-time credit packs would give subscribers more control over their spending and make it easier to manage production costs.I believe this would be a valuable improvement for subscribers who occasionally need more credits but don't want the ongoing expense of an additional subscription.Thank you for considering this suggestion. ik wil steeds hetzelfde formaat foto's generen, nu moet ik steeds opnieuw de instellingen wijzigen. kan ik geen voorkeursinstelling krijgen?Standaard staat de afbeelding genereren op vierkant formaat, terwijl ik landscape wil. Nu moet ik bij iedere nieuwe afbeelding opniewu kiezen vooreen ander fotmaat, waardoor ik veel vierkante foto's genereer die ik niet ga gebruiken omdat het niet het juiste formaat is. Ik zou graag mijn voorkeursformaten standaard in willen stellen zodat ik het niet telkens handmatig hoef aan te passen
