Hi,The reference-adding section is not working and is not clickable in Adobe Firefly video creation. So I can’t create a video with my paid credits, and it’s been almost a week since this issue has been occurring. Is anybody looking into this ridiculous issue, and when are you going to patch it?Can anybody from Adobe answer me and my kind of users?Thanks.

I can’t access the Firefly video timeline editor. When attempting to open the video editor, I am seeing a 'Page not found' error. I've heard others are having this same issue. This occurs when I try to open a new project, and also previous projects I’ve been working on.  After opening new video editor project, this appears. 

I hit cancel and delete in Firefly the moment I realized I had selected the wrong model, but was still charged 400 credits. This is right after buying the extra credits. Can you please refund the 400 credits so I can finish my project? I feel there should not be a cancel option if that credits are going to be used anyway. I didn’t wait more than 2 seconds to hit the cancel/delete button.Thank you

In Safari, I cannot type in the prompt window at any point. It simply won't let me click inside that window.

asekd to upscale a video, using Topaz, then error message said  SOMETHING WENT WRONG.I keep attempting to do simple upscale of 2d animated loop and it wont do it.

I am unable to generate any videos using Seedance 2.0. Every generation attempt fails and displays the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." The error occurs consistently regardless of the prompt or the reference images used.I have tried refreshing the page, starting a new project, changing prompts, changing reference images, and generating multiple times, but the issue persists. I have sufficient credits available, and the problem appears to be specific to Seedance 2.0 rather than my inputs.Steps to reproduce:Open Firefly → Generate Video. Select Seedance 2.0. Upload reference images (or start without references). Enter any prompt. Click Generate.Expected result: The video generation should start and complete successfully.Actual result: The generation fails immediately with "Something went wrong. Please try again later." No additional error code or explanation is provided.This issue is blocking my workflow, as I am currently unable to generate any videos with Seedanc

It's not worth my time. You failed again obliterating the images constant keyhole aspect, with ugly senseless chaotic full, rather than dispersing cloud. A very unimpressive trial and review will reflect the same. Wastes credits and nothing like the brief. Needs major work if you want people to try this. Currently its a huge waste of time.

i am Using a paid version of Firefly with 6000 credit, i am constantly getting the notification that "Our servers are melting" while generating ?? What is the purpose of Paid version if the error coming constantly!!!

The feature to add a reference picture or remove it, IS NOT WORKING AT ALL - first of all, when you hover your mouse or try to click the x to remove it (on both the home page and generation page), it always blows up the picture and you can't freaking click the x without it being a battle! Some seriously horrible UX/UI design.Also, when you are in the actual video generator, you can't add a reference picture! And if you do, it doesn’t carry into the generation, WASTING credits. Which I also accidentally generated a video with VEO, but cancelled it, and still took 400 credits without returning them. UNACCEPTABLE. I had to go back to the home page and do it, but now even that is not working! I literally have to close the window, revisit the site, just to be able to upload a reference picture.I cannot tell you how much time i have WASTED just trying to generate a few videos. Firefly upscale video issue. After uploading video. applying upscale video process, 3 second actual video output came with 3 sec duration but first frame only. Video wasn't upscaled. 2 times credit deducted and no output. why is that?

Mouse clicks are often ignored, input fields don't react reliably, and menus either fail to open or stop responding. Simple tasks often require multiple attempts, and sometimes it is impossible to continue working.Before contacting you, I performed the usual troubleshooting steps:Cleared the browser cache Tested in Firefox and Chrome Disabled ad blockers and browser extensionsThe behavior remains exactly the same.I therefore believe the problem is related to the current Firefly web interface rather than my local system.Could you please check whether there are any known issues or recent changes affecting Firefly Picture Generation?Kind regards,

can you do typical text based aspect ratio? like 16:9, 4:3???No one can understand what this is.

That pop up keeps blocking the text I am writing. can you let user dock it? it is able to always block what should be visible.it is a bug. same for the pop up in photoshop. you can’t find it when you need it and it keeps block your view when you don’t need it.

Video generation is not working

I am currently using Adobe Firefly under a free trial. I'm bringing to discussion an issue that was probably already discussed somewhere, and its about how Firefly is lagging hard behind other Text to Image Generators. In this case, ChatGPT.Firefly and Adobe are my preferred work tools. I am paying to use them and I'm always hopeful that the tech evolves in the right direction. That the way the AI engine eats and chews the prompts is effective enough that I don't have to spend an awful amount of time refining prompts to get satisfactory results.Firefly is armed with a vast array of style options and settings, and along with the prompt refining, it should do the trick in getting great results with little effort, but I keep getting bad results.At the same time, I go into ChatGPT, and with a single prompt, no extra settings and presets, I get what I want at first try. I'm not paying for ChatGPT so I have a very limited daily amount of images I can generate.Case in point, I'll give you the following example, from a series of personal things I'

I clicked on the ‘More’ button in the Create Anything panel. Once in to the comprehensive editor, all options on the page, that should be clickable, such as options, prompt area, menu links etc. do not function. I have tried this in Firefox and Chrome, with the same issue in both. I tried entering the prompt in the first page and then going into the main editor, the prompt is there but cannot be selected and all other functions are unresponsive.

Firefly boards seems to be bias towards me and against another coworker. I run prompts, the same prompts as my coworker and it works, she does it and ALERT. first off, I want to be able to click on the alert to get some detail, as is causes so much confusion, why, how to fix? nothing

I ordered about 15 videos (spending a lot of credits) and all of them had speech errors. I had already made another one some time ago of the same genre and although it took me a while to correct it, I managed to, but this time it didn't work in any of them. This is a waste of company money. 

i have seen Vary options when i first started using Firefly boards, but after few times, i don’t see that option anymore when i select the image. The option is disappeared. Please help me fix it.
