Firefly Video changes original frame colours to darker, orange tones despite prompt restrictions. Happens with multiple images. Tried different browsers + clearing cache. Other models work fine. Need reliable colours for paid commercial use.General settings used:Firefly video Resolution 1080p Aspect ratio: Widescreen 16:9 FPS: 24 Duration: 5 secondsStart + End Frame used, colour gets changed every time.

Yesterday i tried the first time to use not stock images for my graphic work for clients and instead using the AI for one picture. I wanted to have 4 women in superhero suit flying in the clouds, 2 women blonde, 1 bruinette and one dark brown haired.I had 25 credits left for Firefly and the result pictures are garbage. Either the are 3 woman all blonde or 4 woman 2 blonde 2 brown haired with deformed faces or 2 woman had 3 legs or one of the four woman had a blurry leg. And it eats all my credits for nothing. I ended up using the best and repair the deformed faces with a photoeditor.But i had similar luck with playground AI using diffusion or others. But the biggest issue is that Firefly eats the credits and the results are not usable. Is this the new AI rip off of Adobe?  

"something went wrong" message everytime I try to generate an image 

Adobe Firefly Video when animating a photograph is now making my videos very dark and changing colors.

I'm bringing to discussion an issue that was probably already discussed somewhere, and its about how Firefly is lagging hard behind other Text to Image Generators. In this case, ChatGPT.Firefly and Adobe are my preferred work tools. I am paying to use them and I'm always hopeful that the tech evolves in the right direction. That the way the AI engine eats and chews the prompts is effective enough that I don't have to spend an awful amount of time refining prompts to get satisfactory results.Firefly is armed with a vast array of style options and settings, and along with the prompt refining, it should do the trick in getting great results with little effort, but I keep getting bad results.At the same time, I go into ChatGPT, and with a single prompt, no extra settings and presets, I get what I want at first try. I'm not paying for ChatGPT so I have a very limited daily amount of images I can generate.Case in point, I'll give you the following example, from a series of personal things I'

I am unable to generate any videos using Seedance 2.0. Every generation attempt fails and displays the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." The error occurs consistently regardless of the prompt or the reference images used.I have tried refreshing the page, starting a new project, changing prompts, changing reference images, and generating multiple times, but the issue persists. I have sufficient credits available, and the problem appears to be specific to Seedance 2.0 rather than my inputs.Steps to reproduce:Open Firefly → Generate Video. Select Seedance 2.0. Upload reference images (or start without references). Enter any prompt. Click Generate.Expected result: The video generation should start and complete successfully.Actual result: The generation fails immediately with "Something went wrong. Please try again later." Hello Adobe Firefly Team, The “Something went wrong. Please try again later” error keeps appearing repeatedly in the Adobe Firefly Android app. The image generation feature works for a short time, but the same error returns again and again. I am unable to generate or edit images consistently. Please investigate this recurring issue and provide a permanent solution. Adobe Firefly si apre correttamente riconosce il mio account ma nel momento in cui voglio generare un'immagine mi rimanda a una pagina che non mi permette di generare e quindi di dare avvio al mio prompt perché esplicita la necessità di aggiornare il programma ma non capisco di quale aggiornamento si tratti.

When expanding a photo, copied, and went to paste it in another app.  It would not paste and my work was lost.  

place a text box, click within to start typing and the program automatically deletes the last word typed to insert the new text, tried double clicking as well but doesnt work, the program auto backspaces into the word behind and starts typing

Segnalo uno o più bag che mi stanno costando tempo e soprattutto crediti, per farla breve da ieri sto riscontrando dei problemi con la funzione da testo ad Avatar, Inserisco, la lingua (italiano), l'avatar Femminile e lo sfondo personalizzato, il testo e premo genera per vedere quanti crediti dovrò scalare. Procedo vado avanti e inizia ad elaborare, arrivati al 99% mi spunta un popun di sotto che dice "Si è verificato un errore e di contattare l'assistenza". ho fatto più test con altri avatar femminili ma il problema è generale e non circoscritto. Questa mattina ho provato con l'avatar maschile e ho riscontrato un'altro problema, dopo aver completato la prima parte ed inserito il testo, questa volta clicco su anteprima per vedere come si sente, e l'audio generato, a metà ha un tono molto differente da quello originale che chiaramente si nota molto.  Faccio una ricerca sul web e dai canali di Adobe, fanno intendere che in fase di generazione il tono si stabilizza ed è omogeneo. Hello Adobe Team,I have identified the exact cause of the issue on Adobe Firefly Video (generate/video) using the Ray334 model: Single Frame (First Frame only): Works without any issues. Adding Last Frame: As soon as a second reference frame (Last Frame) is added, the system immediately throws the error: "Too many reference items. Please remove some and try again." / "Çok fazla referans öğe var. Lütfen bazılarını kaldırıp tekrar deneyin."   Troubleshooting steps already taken: Tested in Incognito Mode and cleared browser cache. Cleared and re-uploaded both frames. Tested with simple prompts. The Ray334 model appears to fail/block when generating videos using both First and Last keyframes together.Please investigate this issue with the Ray334 dual-frame reference feature. Thank you!
