When the download button is clicked, nothing happens. It would be great if a button would do what actually claims to do.

Moin,ich versuche Mal wieder ein Video aus einem Bild zu geneieren. Leider passiert wie oben beschrieben nichts, abgesehen davon, dass meine Credits abgebucht werden. Nach ca. einer halben Stund bricht Firefly ab und ich bin wieder am Ausgangspunkt. Ohne Video, aber 150 Credits ärmer.Pika 2.2, 720p, Quadratisch, 5 Sekunden. Mac OS 26.2, Safari, Mac Mini M4

I have an example of when I used Firefly previously to create images that I needed (the first row) based off a similar style composition I wanted. However using the same settings now result in a very different result that seems to ignore the composition/ style reference. I have played around with the sliders but nothing seems to work any suggestions?

Trying out firefly, it almost never creates what the prompt is and especially bad when prompting video.Why then do our “credits” get charged even though the product received is nothing like what we asked and almost all of the time is broken.Any other time if we make a purchase the receive the wrong product that is broken there is a refund and or exchange since companies are legally obligated to do so with defective products. So, Adobe. How do I get my refund?

Was ist mit der Auflösung in Firefly 5 passiert ? Gestern konnte ich im Format 16:9 noch die volle Auflösung (2688 x 1536) generieren. Seit heute gibt es ein Auswahlfeld (1k oder 2k) , aber das Bild wird nur noch 1344 x 768 klein generiert. Mit so einer “Briefmarkengröße” kann ich nicht arbeiten und “Bild erweitern” macht die Qualität noch schlechter.Wieso wird die Bildgröße/Bildqualität verschlechtert anstatt verbessert ? Schliesslich zahlen wir eine Menge Geld für “Premium” Qualität …

Hello, I’m trying to generate videos using Firefly with Veo 3.1 Fast and Veo 3.1, but I keep receiving the message “An issue occurred, please try again later.” I haven’t experienced this problem before. Also, my credits were depleted while attempting to create the video. Could you please help me resolve this?

I am experiencing a critical issue with the Firefly board. After several hours of work, the 'Save' button is unresponsive. I am unable to export my project as a JPEG or PNG. Additionally, the PDF export is completely broken—the output is fragmented into multiple parts and does not maintain the correct dimensions or layout of my original design. I need to export this work in the correct format immediately without losing my progress.

Firefly only generates videos 5 sends long I can;t see how to make 20 second videos

All of a sudden images stopped downloading at 2k even though I’ve selected it in the menu.

Very often Gemini will give an error instead of an image. The credits get spent, regardless of whether it returns an error or an image. I expect to receive an image, or not be charged if there’s an error. The failure rate is well above 80%.

I started a Firefly Standard account on Dec 4th 2025, then to increase the amount of Gen credits I added a Pro account on Dec 22nd.When I check my remaining credits (which is a pain in itself because it always says “unable to load selection” and I have to go to my avatar etc repeatedly going in circles until I finally get the balance of my credits) anyway I've got two accounts but only see one reset date which is the 10th of each month -one of them did reset yesterday the 10th of Feb and it now says the next one is the 19th, presumably the Pro account. I read the date should be on the date you started the account, so anyone tell me why mine isn't and also is there anyway to see info separately for each Firefly account ?Thanks in advance fellow pixel peepers.
