Firefly is running very very slow - almost can’t use it. Will deleting cache or history help? And if so, how do I do that?

Hello Adobe Firefly Team, My image generation issue is still happening. It started working for a short time, but the same error has appeared again: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” I am still unable to generate images consistently in the Adobe Firefly Android app. Please investigate this recurring issue and provide a permanent solution. Problem: Firefly ignoring crucial parts of prompts. No collaboration. I spent all my credits and don’t have a usable asset. Perhaps more of a queen bee than a bug, but a consistent issue I’ve experienced in Firefly is that it seems to ignore crucial parts of prompts. As a potential solve, is there anything to be said for it running a no-credit preview with a chat feature where you could conversationally give direction and, maybe more critically, for Firefly to seek clarification over terms/words to erase any ambiguity before committing to the credit loss of a “render”. My specific use case: I want to upload a first frame and last frame and have it interpolate between the two; that’s essentially it. Here’s the prompt:“interpolate as if shot at 120fps and slowed down to 24fps. The video MUST LOOP from the 1st frame to the last frame. Over the last few days, Adobe Firefly Video has started producing noticeably brighter videos from the same starting images I previously used successfully.The generated video becomes brighter shortly after playback begins, then darkens again towards the end. The exported video has the same problem, so it is not limited to the preview.I have tried changing the prompt to specify constant exposure and lighting, disabling prompt enhancement, and using static camera motion, but none of these fixes the issue.Previously, the same images and workflow produced videos that preserved the original image's darker exposure and colour grading.Could you confirm whether there has been a recent change or known issue affecting exposure consistency in the Firefly Video model?

I've spent almost 2000 credits trying to prompt an edit clip, and it simply didn't work! At all!No changes were applied to the video whatsoever. It's not like the results weren't good or close to what I expected. There were NO changes in the original footage. Bummer!

At this point, I am beyond frustrated with Adobe Firefly.I am a paying customer and a content creator, and I have not been able to consistently create or upload content in over a month because of how poorly this platform has been functioning.Things were working relatively well back in August. Characters change appearances, features are added that were never present, and the generated results look nothing like the references provided. Firefly changes the text it is prompted to include. Either it spells what it was given incorrectly or it misses words. Since this is costing me points and I have to keep correcting I find it very frustrating 

When trying to edit .PSDC or AIC .file on a device licence computer the desktop app is not found and the file is opened using the cloud based apps. I want to use boards to show students how enhance group workflow arguing that this has advantage over figma since i can open the true asset in the desktop app.Students with personal computers do not have problems. It is the computers with deployed versions of apps that do not work.It is unclear if this is a deployment issue, or some setting that the IT department needs to do or a preference to let a webb page open an app. THe problem is both on Mac and Windows.

I have an educational account that allegedly comes with 1000 credits a month, but there’s no way to use them for anything. What gives?!?

I added an image to reference and told firefly what I would like which is to make the elephant walk across the screen.  I just errors out.

Absolute joke im unable to generate with google banana ive been using the exact same prompt for about a month to style my images and all day ive been stuck because of terrible services, frankly its not good enough, im on an incredibly tight deadline next time i take on a project i will be looking for another way to generate image other than firefly im paying alot and not even being able to do simple tasks. 

It keep changing things that is not mentioned in the prompt and when it got correct, the image got crop off. Its wasting lots of my credits.
