Hello Adobe Support Team,

I encountered a recurring error while using the "Text to Image" feature in Adobe Firefly.

Whenever I enter the prompt:

"water from the tap with running system in the bathroom"

The system fails to generate any images and shows the message:
"Something went wrong – This image produced an error. Please try again."

I have tried:

• Refreshing the page

• Rewriting the prompt

• Switching models

• Checking my internet connection

But the issue persists.

I have attached a screenshot for reference.
Could you please look into this bug or let me know if the prompt needs to be changed?

Hello @mmm_7335,

Thank you for your message. 

I do not think this is a prompt error. I was able to generate images with that prompt.  Can you try generating in another browser as a test? What OS and browser are you using and what version numbers?
