I am trying to create several videos with the same character.  Each time I create a new video, or edit a video, the character changes.  How do I create mulitple videos with consistent characters?

Did you apply the anime style to this? If you use anime in your prompt, could you try not using it? Here it seems it's adding an anime style on an anime image making it 10x more anime

I tried again without the anime style and it went a completely different direction.  I'm trying to create a video with the bear character shown below.  In the prompt I refer to the 'reference image character' and each time Firefy created a completely new character.

Hi knowledgeable_Echo5C1E!

Thanks for writing in. Please try the following steps to create multiple videos (or images) with consistent characters:

1. Generate the image with a detailed prompt, then download the one that represents your character

2. Use the image as a reference image

3. Modify the prompt for different scenes

Let us know how it goes.

Yes, that is what I tried the first time.  I used the bear character as the reference image.  Here is the prompt I entered:

"Use the reference image character. The reference image character is walking down a path or hiking trail in the woods of Tennessee. As the refence image character moves down the path he is looking around at the woods and trees. Eventually, the reference image character sees an old wooden cabin in the woods. The camera starts with a close up view of the front of the reference character and transitions to an aerial view from behind the reference image character. The last frame should be an aerial view from behind the reference character as he is approaching and walking towards the cabin."

The video that generated had the different character in it as seen in the video attached above.  I'm new at AI, so it very well could be a prompt issue.

I suspect it's the word character thats messing up for you. Try this prompt instead:

"bear walking down a trail in the woods looking around"

also remember Firefly only makes 5s clips, so describing a full scene is something I would avoid. It's not at it's best when trying to create a consistent film, and are better at b-roll. So you might not end up with a 100% consistent scene in the end.

let us now if this helps! 🙂
