Disappeared Favorites

Hi,

I reopened firefly after about a month of non-use and I realized that all the images I had saved were gone (opening them with the same browser I've always used),

I wanted to ask you why.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Because they are stored in the browser cache, anything that affects the browser cache can cause the images to be deleted. This includes clearing the cache, running a utility that cleans up a computer (which usually includes clearing browser cache), or the browser itself might have deleted them if it thought you were running out of disk space or space allocated for the browser. Unfortunately, storing in the browser cache is not a reliable perment storage.
