Firefly Video – Frequent Monkey Error & Image Upload Questions

Hi Adobe Support,

We’re experimenting heavily with Firefly Video, and we’re absolutely loving it! However, we keep running into the monkey error quite frequently, and we’re struggling to pinpoint why. Initially, we thought it was related to uploading transparent PNGs, but we’ve had it happen with other images as well.

@Mark28151502dpcw experiencing the same thing here in the states. My guess is either the Firefly Video segment was taken offline for service or the servers are experiencing load balance issues.

Yeah it's a bit hit and miss! I've wasted most of my credits experimenting! A few free ones wouldn't go amiss 😂😂
