My account blocked from using Firefly is not known, please help

Hello Adobe team,

I want to ask about my account why is blocked from using Firefly with the error message {Sorry, your access has been denied

Adobe Firefly is not available in your region.}

I'm a Chrome and Malaysia user, its avaliable in my region

I want to subcribe Firefly but seems my account issue is unknown

Any help to give me the answer or how do I contact customer services?
