Hello, how can I avoid images with bad hands, bad eyes in my images, even if I use the negative prompts?

Negative prompts are not honored at this time so if you state "no hands" it would interpret that as "hands" and add them in. Can you give examples of your current prompts and show us the results to better assist you?
