not uploading a reference image

I can't upload a reference image in firefly,when i click on it ..nothing happens

Did you already try a different browser?

Rebboted the computer?

Which file format is your image?

Yes i already did try this.. must be something on my pc.. on the ipad it's working fine

By me it only worked if i clicked "open" in the window that pops up to choose a pic.

Are you able to generate images without a composition or style reference?  I would next try to open a private browsing or incognito browser window and see if it works. If it does, then one of your browser extentions might be interfering. Is this a Windows or Mac computer?

yes I am able to generate an image without a reference file.. I'm using a Mac computer .. I will look for the extensions in my browser.. I did recently installed a vpn.. maybe that's the problem indeed
