Users on Creative Cloud plans can use their credits on any standard Firefly feature (e.g., Generative Fill, Generate Image). However, users need to be on Firefly premium plan (or a Creative Cloud Pro plan in North America and rolling out to other regions as of July 1) to access premium features like:

problème avec firefly, j'ai des crédits et abonnement adobe, mais impossible de "payer" en crédit pour générer une image, ou une vidéo. Ils me disent simplement que j'ai utilisé mes deux essais gratuits. J'ai 2000/2000 crédits firefly renouvelables tous les mois dans mon compte.

Guys, it’s really disappointing that you’ve started limiting AI tools with credits. This decision puts the entire Adobe community at risk.
We already pay a significant monthly subscription fee, and we expect full access to the tools Adobe offers. Isn’t that enough to support the development and operation of AI?
On top of that, Adobe’s AI still often works with errors — and we end up spending credits on every flawed generation.
It’s genuinely frustrating and discouraging.

Hi, I don't know how you managed this issue. I have just realized that, despite having a Creative Cloud subscription and seeing Adobe Firefly listed as included in the plan, I cannot use it unless I pay extra.
Honestly, this is misleading advertising and simply not fair. Firefly is promoted as part of the plan, but key features like video generation are locked behind an additional paywall. On top of that, the results are often inaccurate and problematic, with poor quality and inconsistencies.
The cost for the premium features is also excessive considering the current performance. I find this unacceptable — users shouldn't have to accept this passively.
To be honest, I'm no longer sure I will renew the plan, especially considering other issues I’ve faced. There’s a serious lack of transparency, and the customer support experience has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful.
This situation reflects a lack of seriousness and respect towards users. I hope someone from Adobe or the community can help clarify or escalate this properly.
