Users on Creative Cloud plans can use their credits on any standard Firefly feature (e.g., Generative Fill, Generate Image). However, users need to be on Firefly premium plan (or a Creative Cloud Pro plan in North America and rolling out to other regions as of July 1) to access premium features like:

Hello, I was really excited to try Adobe Firefly Video but it was quite disappointing to see that it’s limited to only 2 video generations. Currently, there are many alternative AI video generation tools available such as Runway, Pika, and Luma AI, and many of them offer more generous or affordable options. I would have expected a bigger platform like Adobe to provide more flexibility and production capacity. Limiting users to just 2 videos prevents us from truly exploring the tool's potential and giving meaningful feedback. I also find the extra generative credit pricing quite expensive compared to market alternatives. I hope Adobe will consider offering more video generation rights to Creative Cloud subscribers or revising the pricing policy in the future. Best regards.

Hello Adobe Support Team,
I purchased the Adobe Firefly ₹797.68 monthly plan 3 days ago.
My subscription status is showing as active in my Adobe account. However, when I try to generate images on Firefly, it is asking me to purchase or upgrade a plan again.
I have already tried logging out, clearing browser cache, and re-logging in, but the issue still persists.
Kindly refresh my subscription status or fix this issue immediately, as I have an active plan and should have access to unlimited standard image generations.

Which plan did you purchase? Are you trying to generate images or video? If images, are you trying to generate Model 4 Ultra?
Please include the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing.
• Then, please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).

You did not say what Firefly function you were using when you received the message, but I suspect you were using a Firefly premium feature such as text to image with Model 4 Ultra or text to video. If so, this into this thread addresses the issue you raise. Please see my pinned message above which explains this.
