I'm trying to use firefly video generator, but it's not allowing me. Saying the following (see screenshot)
(translated from Dutch):
''You have no access to this funtion
You can contact your provider to ask for permission.''
Is this a bug, or is the feature legitimately locked for me for some reason?
Thanks in advance for the help.
Hi @173fuel,
Firefly video is currently not available on any educational enterprise plan. Adobe has not announced when or if that will change in the future.

UPDATE (as of Feb 13)
I have asked Adobe for some clarification on this and they have told me the following:
Text to video and image to video are not available for EDU enterprise plans at this time. Apologies to those of you on EDU plans who received email saying you could now access the Firefly video beta.
For all other enterprise plans, if the enterprise has purchased a plan that includes audio and video generation the enterprise administrator will see that module as being available. If

Hello @Camille.dclrq,
Currently, Firefly video is not available on EDU enterprise plans. So, if you are using a school account, unfortunately that service along with audio/video translation are not available.
Thanks,

I'm a full Creative Cloud enterprise subscriber, Firefly shows in my available apps, and there's a full credit balance in the app. However, when I try to translate a video I get the error message: "You don't have access to this feature. You can contact your admin to request access."
I am the admin and I don't see anywhere in the console where I can enable this, so I'm assuming this is a bug. Anyone else experiencing this error or know how to fix it? Thanks.

Hello @Typestar,
Thank you for your message.
You will need to contact your Adobe account representative. Firefly Premium services are not available on every plan, and it is likely the plan you have does not include them.
Thanks,

Hi there. I have been experimenting with Adobe Firely for both text to image and trying to use the video beta. I have had no issues using the text to image, but when I attempt to use the video beta, it won't allow me to generate anything. I reached out to the person in my organization's who helps manage our Adobe account and they said when they spoke with Adobe that it likely had to do with not having enough credits availalble. However I don't see anything in the interface for Firefly mentioning the number of credits available and I'm still able to use the text to image functionality in Firefly without issue. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening here? Thanks!

Hi amanda26645596i2g9!
I'm sorry to hear that. Do you see errors or messages while using the video feature? Are you on the Firefly Premium subscription to access premium features like Generative Video and Translate Video and Audio? https://adobe.ly/3QX0wii
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
KR

There are no error messages popping up when I attempt to generate. Though from reading similar forums on this issue, it seems like there is a premium plan that I don't have access to through my work account. My work account is a CC all apps account so I thought it would be covered but it seems like this is a premium feature I don't currently have access to or need to pay for credits for. It would be helpful if Adobe included this information on the interface to avoid the confusion this is causing. Would be nice to know if my plan includes the feature (or not) and what number of credits (if any) I have available for use.

Hello @amanda26645596i2g9,
Are you on an enterprise plan or a teams plan? If you are on an enterprise plan, not all enterprise plans have video on them. Your enterprise would need to subscribe to a plan with Firefly premium features. Your local Adobe Administrator can contact their Adobe account rep for more details.
If you are on a teams plan, Firefly premium services (including Firefly video) are not included in your Creative Cloud plans (although non-premium Firfefly services such as image generation, generative fill, etc., are). Your company can purchase a Firefly premium plan to access Firefly premiun services.

This is really preposterous. I am on an EDU plan and got the email too because I added myself to the waiting list. I thought Adobe would have an interest in people testing (and possibly deciding to use) their tools but apparently they won't us to use competitors' tools...

Hi, i'm KIKI one of your member. My plan includes 500 credits and I can create pictures successfully. But when I want to create a video it shows that I don't have access to this feature. Please help me solve this problem as soon as possible.

Hello @慧淇277239280myl,
It appears you are on an enterprise plan. Not all enterprise plans have access to Firefly video generation. If you are on an educational enterprise plan, video generation is not available on those plans. If you are on an enterprise plan that is not for an educational institution, contact you local Adobe administrator. They can contact their Adobe account executive to see what changes they can make to their plan to add Firefly video. If you are not sure who your local Adobe administrator is, start with the IT department.

Hello @VanessaTorres,
The creation of video is a Firefly premium service. Firefly premium services are not available on all enterprise plans. While you enterprise plan might have Firefly standard services like text to image, generative fill, and text to vector, that does not mean all Firefly services are available. If Firefly premium services are not on your enterprise plan, you will need to talk with your local Adobe administrator about them contacting their Adobe Account Representative to see about adding Firefly premium services to your enterprise plan. If you are not sure who the local Adobe administrator is, please contact your IT department.
Thanks,

Hello @alan + eunt90568687,
Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.
You appear to be on an enterprise plan. If the plan your enterprise has includes video, your local Adobe administrator would need to enable your account for video. If the plan your enterprise has does not include video, they would need to contact Adobe to have it added to your plan. Note, if you are on an EDU enterprise plan, video is not currently available on those plans.
Thanks,
droopy
