P: Firefly Video access issues with organisations on Enterprise or Teams plans

I'm trying to use firefly video generator, but it's not allowing me. Saying the following (see screenshot)

(translated from Dutch):

''You have no access to this funtion
You can contact your provider to ask for permission.''

Is this a bug, or is the feature legitimately locked for me for some reason?

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

You appear to be on an enterprise plan. If the plan your enterprise has includes video, please contact your local Adobe administrator in your organisation for assistance. If the plan your enterprise has does not include video, they would need to contact Adobe to have it added to your plan. Note, if you are on an EDU enterprise plan, video is not currently available on those plans.

Sorry, "EDU" is shorthand for an enterprise plan for schools or universities (Educational enterprise plan). If your access to Adobe products comes from a school, it is likely on an educational enterprise plan.  If you are not associated with a school or university, then you would be on a regular organisational enterprise plan. In that case, your local Adobe administrator will need to contact their Adobe account representative on options for adding Firefly premium features to your organisation's enterprise plan.

Sorry about that. Are you using text to video feature? If so, you need to have Firefly plans to get access to the feature: https://www.adobe.com/products/firefly/plans.html

This generally means you are on an enterprise plan and your enterprise plan does not have Firefly premium features on the plan. If your enterprise plan is a educational plan, those features are currently not available on EDU enterprise plans. If your enterprise plan is not an educational plan, please talk with your local Adobe administrator. Is your enterprise plan affiliated with a school or university? If so, Firefly video is not available on those plans at this time. If it is not affiliated with a school or university, you will need to contact your local Adobe administrator. If you are not sure who that is, start with IT.

Firefly video is currently not available on any educational enterprise plan. Adobe has not announced when or if that will change in the future.
