I expected great things from your AI. 

My prompt: an old wooden shield with 'IVAN-HO VIDEO' embossed in it, perfectly even lighting from the front (no shadows or dark sides), distressed wood with small dents and scratches, high detail texture, metal riveted border, PNG format with transparent background.

1. Yes, I am trying the FREE version as this is my first time here. HOWEVER, if I were you I would put my best AI forward and knock peoples socks off... then I may actually pay. As it stands this is the most poorly generatede images from AI that I have seen.

2. The first generation was horrible and it never improved much no matter what setting I tried. Furthermore, I tried to upload another AI generated example image (from Chat GPT, also bad) but you came back with content rights, something, ? 

3. Please, redo the entire interface. You are NOT taking advantage of the full potential of AI image generation.

For example: If I choose a 3D style with the 3/4 view of a computer on pastel colors. That does not mean I want my image to be 3/4 view with similar colors! No it means follow my promt EXACTLY. I want clean lines, muted colors, soft lighting, and most importantly what did the prompt ask for... a transparent background, to make a PNG.

You are ADOBE... your AI needs to be at the forefront of others not the back door!

P.S. I saved NO images. All were garbage. If I had paid for entry, I would have demanded a refund. Please tell me your paid service is a thousand times better.?

1) Adobe products are commericially safe. 
- as an artists or doing client work knowing that the content being created by Adobe Firefly gives me a peace of mind.
- There are other partner models to experiment with 

2) Adding our own content and providing Adobe w our own artwork helps Firefly considerably.

You could always try using Photoshop and Illustrator to create this image instead of a chatbot! It sounds like you know what you want, and I'm sure it will feel great to translate that desire into an actual image using your own skills and knowledge!
