 10/11 दिल्ली ब्लास्ट — पूरा विवरण

किस समय और कहाँ हुआ

यह विस्फोट 10 नवंबर 2025 की शाम को हुआ।

ब्लास्ट जगह है लाल किला (Red Fort) मेट्रो स्टेशन के गेट नंबर 1 के पास, दिल्ली के पुराने हिस्से में। 

जिस कार में विस्फोट हुआ, वह Hyundai i20 थी। 

हानि और चोटें

कम-से-कम 8 लोगों की मौत हुई है। 

लगभग 24 लोग घायल बताए जा रहे हैं। 

विस्फोट के बाद आसपास की कई गाड़ियाँ भी आग की लपटों में आ गई थीं। 

सरकारी प्रतिक्रिया और कानूनी कार्रवाई

केंद्र सरकार ने इसे आतंकवादी घटना (terrorist incident) करार दिया है।

एक विशेष कैबिनेट प्रस्ताव पास किया गया, जिसमें कहा गया कि दोषियों, उनके सहयोगियों और प्रायोजकों की पहचान कर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

दिल्ली पुलिस ने UAPA (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act) और विस्फोटक अधिनियम (Explosives Act) के तहत FIR दर्ज की है। 

जांच की जिम्मेदारी National Investigation Agency (NIA) को सौंपी गई है। 

ब्लास्ट की प्रकृति

प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट्स कहती हैं कि यह सुसाइड बमिंग जैसा नहीं था। विस्फोट “panic में” हुआ माना जा रहा है। 

विस्फोट इतना “पूरी तरह विकसित” नहीं था — कहने का मतलब यह कि IED (बम) के डिज़ाइन में कुछ कमियां थीं। 

कहीं कोई गहरा गड्ढा (क्रेटर) नहीं बना और विस्फोट के बाद शार्पल गन (शंकुधारी टुकड़े) भी पाए नहीं गए — यह संकेत करता है कि विस्फोटक शायद बहुत हाई-ग्रेड या बहुत “रिफ़ाइन्ड” नहीं था। 

मीडिया में यह भी आ रहा है कि विस्फोट VBIED (वाहन-बोर्डेड इम्प्रोवाइज्ड एक्सप्लोसिव डिवाइस) की शैली का हो सकता है, जैसा कि आतंकवादी समूहों (जैसे JeM) द्वारा इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। 

विस्फोट में प्रयोग किए गए पदार्थों की प्रारंभिक जांच में Ammonium Nitrate Fuel Oil (ANFO) जैसे रसायन होने की आशंका है। 

संभावित साज़िश और संदिग्ध

जांच एजेंसियों के अनुसार, इस मामले में “व्हाइट-कलर” आतंक मॉड्यूल का हाथ हो सकता है।  मुख्य संदिग्ध ड्राइवर के रूप में डॉ. उमर मोहम्मद (Umar Mohammad / Umar Un Nabi) का नाम सामने आया है। 

कहा जा रहा है कि उसके कुछ साथियों (जिन्हें “व्हाइट कॉलर” कहा गया है) के पास विस्फोटक सामग्री भी मौजूद थी — गिरफ्तार डॉक्टरों सहित संदिग्ध समूह पर यह आरोप है। 

शुरुआती छापों में इस मॉड्यूल का फरीदाबाद (Faridabad) से भी संबंध बताया जा रहा है। वहां बड़ी मात्रा में विस्फोटक बरामद किए गए हैं। 

मृत्यु और बाद की कार्रवाई

विस्फोट के बाद दिल्ली-एनसीआर (नैशनल कैपिटल रीजन) में सुरक्षा अलर्ट बढ़ा दिया गया है। 

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने मामले की समीक्षा की है और दोषियों को “बख्शा नहीं जाएगा” का आश्वासन दिया है।  केबिनेट में पास हुए प्रस्ताव में कहा गया है कि जांच “सबसे ज़्यादा प्राथमिकता” के साथ होनी चाहिए। 

दिल्ली सरकार ने मृतकों के परिवारों को मुआवज़ा देने की घोषणा की है। 

अन्य महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु और अनिश्चितताएं

अभी यह साफ नहीं है कि यह हमला पूरी तरह साज़िश के तहत किया गया था या “पैनिक विस्फोट” था। 

विस्फोट की तीव्रता सीमित रह गई — अगर पूरा बम फैलता, तो परिस्थितियाँ बहुत अधिक गंभीर हो सकती थीं, लेकिन कुछ सुरक्षाबलों की सतर्कता के चलते स्थिति और बदतर होने से बची। 

फॉरेंसिक टीमों द्वारा अभी प्रमाण सामग्री जैसे विस्फोटक अवशेष, डीएनए, सीसीटीवी फुटेज आदि की जांच जारी है। 

यह घटना दिल्ली में 2011 के बाद पहली ऐसी उच्च-घातकता वाली विस्फोट घटना मानी जा रही है, जो आतंकवाद-संकेतित हो सकती है।

C'est l'histoire de Wangari Maathai, une femme kenyane qui a dédié sa vie à la protection de l'environnement et à la lutte pour les droits des femmes. Elle est née en 1940 dans un petit village du Kenya et a grandi en cultivant la terre avec sa famille.

Wangari a eu la chance d'étudier aux États-Unis et est revenue au Kenya avec un diplôme en biologie. Elle a constaté que les femmes de son village étaient obligées de marcher des kilomètres pour chercher du bois de chauffage et de l'eau, ce qui les empêchait de s'occuper de leurs familles et de leurs terres.

Elle a donc décidé de planter des arbres pour restaurer les forêts et améliorer la vie des femmes. Elle a créé le Mouvement de la Ceinture verte, qui a planté plus de 30 millions d'arbres en Afrique.

Wangari a reçu le prix Nobel de la paix en 2004 pour son travail exceptionnel en faveur de l'environnement et des droits des femmes. Elle est devenue un symbole de la lutte pour la protection de la planète et l'émancipation des femmes en Afrique.
