Thanks for writing in. Are you trying to use the text-to-video feature? If so, please note that Creative Cloud plans do not currently include premium generative AI features, but Adobe is providing some free access for a set number of premium feature generations (2 free video generations and 40 seconds of translation). To generate more than what is currently included, beyond free generations, you can add on a Firefly Standard or Pro plan.

But my account has Firefly Standart Plan, as you can see in the screenshot. I have 998 credits due to my standart plan and i am not able to use it.

Hi @caio_8328,

If you have the Firefly Standard plan, you should have at least 2000 credits per month, not the 1000 shown in the image you uploaded. Can you please reply with the following information:
• What are all of the plans you subscribe to? (Creative Cloud All Apps, Creative Cloud Pro All Apps, Firefly Standard, Firefly Pro, Firefly Premium, etc.)
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
