Why is it limited to 18+ only?

Hi. I can't use this wonderful Adobe Firefly. Because it is limited to 18+ only. But why? I want to try and use this genious feature. Please also do it for users under 18. Me and people like me want to use it too. I am waiting for your good news. Thanks.
