Active fonts not showing up in all softwares & No fonts icon in creative cloud

After re-login the adobe accounts, all the fonts are not showing up in the software.

I followed the instructions here https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-font-activation.html

But my creative cloud only has the notification icon. I can not change the font setting.

I tried login and logout, restarting my computer, deleting and installing all the software and creative cloud, and I keep the CC update to latest version, but the fonts are still not showing up and the font icon is still not showing up in CC.

(using mac system and all the software are the newest version)

Any other solutions?

Thank you very much

Hi Yujie,

We are sorry for your difficulties as you are unable to view the fonts icon in the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. As you already mentioned you tried all the troubleshooting steps including reinstallation of the application. There are a few more steps that we can try and hope that fixes the issue. Also please share a screenshot of the version of the Creative Cloud Desktop Application installed on your Mac. Please refer below:

first, reset the cc app:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os

restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials.

Please let me know how it goes. We are here to help you.

Regards,

Neelam

@Yujie27017402l6pn and @Jojo G

Go to fonts.adobe.com and try signing out, then sign in again. Be sure to use the same Adobe ID you used to purchase your license for CC. Do you see the typefaces activated here?

I've moved this to Adobe Fonts.
