Font Folio and Adobe Fonts are different font collections. There are some fonts in common, such as the Adobe Originals, but not everything from Font Folio is not in Adobe Fonts (or vice versa).

There are differences in the font licensing as well. The license for Font Folio is perpetual, and covers the fonts in that collection for print publishing. The fonts on Font Folio are not licensed for web use. Adobe Font's font licensing includes web and desktop use for all of the fonts in the library, and the font license is included with a paid, active Creative Cloud subscription.

There's no guarantee that every font in the collection will include Greek and Cyrillic support; it depends on what language support is included in the typeface by design. There are language filters, however, so you can browse Adobe Fonts by language support:
