I am having an issue with the font Grappa Variable not showing up as available in my iPad Illustrator app. I’ve synced it to my Adobe CC account and it shows up in the iPad Photoshop app just fine. Other variable fonts from Adobe CC have synced just fine to my Illustrator app on iPad. I have a 6 generation iPad Pro, and I’m using the latest version of the iPad Illustrator app. I’ve tried removing and re-syncing the font to my account, quitting the Illustrator app, logging out and back in, and restarting my iPad, but nothing has worked to make Grappa Variable show up in Illustrator. Is there anything I can do to make it work?
I’ve uploaded to my Adobe fonts some 3rd party fonts that we have purchased the rights to. How do I use these fonts in my Adobe apps?
We just found 14 fonts for Helvetica Neue LT Pro on Adobe Fonts. Compared with the font list provided by Monotype, total 50 fonts, there are still many fonts not available on Adobe Fonts. We would like to know when these fonts will be ready on Adobe Fonts.
I have a business account with multiple users. When one user activates a font, is there a way to activate that font for all other users on my business account? We use a combination of Adobe and non-Adobe apps. We have frequent issues where non-Adobe apps don’t have the fonts and get converted to paths. Ideally, there would be an option that when one user activates a font, it becomes active for all users and is made available in non-Adobe apps. Is this possible?
Hi; im having trouble with my fonts. Out of no where my font called "Futura Std" wont show up, and everything is highlighted pink. I had the font in my font library before, but now it is also not showing up when I go to Adobe fonts. Has anyone had trouble with this?
The end.
Example of the white line down the right hand side of the capital HWe’re using the web font “anth”. We’ve noticed that on 2K screens, certain letter shapes render with an undesireable white line through the side of it. (As seen in the example)On 4K screens this line isn’t there. Any idea why - and crucially, any idea how to fix it, either short term for us, or how I properly announce it as a bug for Adobe to look into?

Hey!I currently work on a game and found a really good Font. However, I don´t know if I can use it or not. I want to use the fonts for the UI. They should only appear as buttons (I would use them as Vectorgraphics made in Illustrator) .I already read the FAQ, but I didnt quite understand how those rules are with desktop games
Hi everyone,Is anyone else experiencing this issue with the Adobe Firefly AI Assistant? When I generate a portrait, the AI Assistant sometimes keeps thinking for about five minutes. If I switch to a different page and then come back, it may show that the portrait was already generated, but the image is not saved in my Generation History.Other times, if I leave the page or visit another website and then return, I get the following message:“Yeah. Something went wrong. Retry to continue where you left off.”Has anyone experienced the same problem or found a solution? I’d appreciate any advice. Thank you!

I used a font called Gyst Variable for a project that multiple coworkers will need access to. The font is not loading for them in any way (Ai, Ps, Id) though we all have the same team account. Is this permanent?
Hello, I’ve tried a few font identification sites but can’t seem to figure out the font used in this logo. Any help identifying it would be great. I’m sure I’ve used it before. Thank you!
my download font has an asterisk after the name, what does that meaning.
We’re a packaging design agency and frequently use Adobe Fonts in our work. When sending out files to the client we make sure to send them flattened (or, if the client has to edit the file later on, ask them to purchase their own font license / adobe subscription). Sometimes we are ask to create packshots as well and the client usually uses these packshots on their webseite or on print ads.Today our client received an email from Monotype about license violations. Monotype referenced one of the packshots we did and (correctly) recognized Monotype fonts on it – each of these we got on Adobe Fonts. And to my knowledge, there is no license violation, correct? Because our client only got a png of a packshot and flattened Illustrator files. And the client themselves is not working with the font, other than printing the non-editable, flattened Illustrator file.
Will Adobe Aldine and Adobe Kis be made available for purchase and download for use in applications other than Adobe applications (eg, MS Word)? Is there currently a way to do so? Thanks!
I'm having an issue with the Hiragino font family from Adobe Fonts and I'm hoping someone can help.I selected this typeface for a client project, but I can't get it to work on my Mac.Here's what I've already tried:Activated the entire Hiragino font family from Adobe Fonts. Updated all Adobe Creative Cloud apps. Restarted both Creative Cloud and my computer. Synced fonts again. The problem is that the font doesn't appear in Illustrator, Photoshop, or any other Adobe application. When I open the Fonts section in Creative Cloud, I also get a message saying that this font can't be installed, even though it's listed as an Adobe Fonts typeface. (I've attached a screenshot of the error.)Has anyone experienced this before or knows why this specific font can't be activated? Is there any compatibility issue with macOS or a known limitation with the Hiragino family?I'm a bit confused because it's an Adobe Fonts font, and I specifically chose it for a client, so I need to make sure both I and the cl
I’m resurrecting an old book for reprint from files created in 2000. It included a few Type 1 fonts, which I’ve had to upgrade (creating minor text reflow issues, but generally not bad). But one font, DIN 30640 Std Neutzeit Grotesk Bold Cond.otf seems fine on screen, but renders in a PDF/X-1a:2001 rather fat. Not obviously “faux bold” but just thicker than it should be, and thicker than its screen appearance. Say 15%.The former font this new DIN is replacing is “DIN Condensed Bold.ttf” (©1981, 2002). When I found out about the font issue, I acquired the new DIN font, and chose to disable the old one via Font Book. I see that the macOS placed it in this directory: [drive]>System>Library>Fonts>Supplemental. The new font was installed by Font Book into: [drive]>User>[username]>Library>Fonts.(I’ve never quite understood font & system file locations under OSX, though I get the idea of unix-based user-specific directories.)The old font is not available in Font Book
Hey, can you view the typefaces DIN 2014 Demi and Aktiv Grotesk Hairline on Adobe Fonts.
I subscribe to creative cloud.Once every few months I would find adobe fonts have disappeared. Then I have to run the creative cloud app and do something (which I don't remember) to restore the missing fonts. This is very annoying. Do you all just put up with this?
The Adobe Fonts on Windows is noticeably slow for me compared to macOS.After booting my PC, the Creative Cloud Desktop app can sometimes take 12–25 minutes before Adobe Fonts are fully loaded and available across apps like Premiere Pro and After Effects. It slows me down a lot. But on my MacBook, the exact same fonts appear almost immediately after startup.I dont think it has anything to do with my hardware or internet connection. My setup includes:• 720 Mbps download / 500 Mbps upload• Ryzen 9 5900X• 64GB RAM• RTX 4060 8GB• 2TB NVMe SSDEverything is fully updated, including Creative Cloud and Windows.Feels like the Windows version of the Creative Cloud Desktop app handles Adobe Fonts syncing/background activation much less efficiently than macOS.Would love to see improvements in:• Adobe Fonts sync/loading speed on Windows• startup performance and responsiveness• reliability of background font activationThere's a huge difference between the Windows and macOS workflow experience. Hope t
I am using Skolar Sans PE in a web project, and it appears that the smcp and c2sc OpenType features for the Medium weight (500) were somehow excluded – they both work fine for the Regular (400) and SemiBold (600), but with Medium specifically, I get browser-resized capital letters and full-height lining figures, rather than the actual small-cap letters and numerals. In the version loaded locally through the Creative Cloud desktop app, it works as expected; just not in the webfont. It also works fine in Skolar Sans Latin Medium on the web; just not in Skolar Sans PE. It seems like the OpenType features simply aren’t exported in that particular file. Is there a way to report this to Adobe?
Yesterday I wanted to work on my Honours project. I am currently making a brand style-guide booklet.I have been using the Adobe Creative Cloud services for years, mainly through my university. Yesterday when I tried working on my project in InDesign again like any other morning, a bunch of the fonts that I use came up as missing. I thought that it must’ve been a glitch, restarted InDesign. Same problem. Checked my illustrator files that are in the InDesign document. Same problem.I have been using these fonts for ages, never had a problem. I contacted my university and they said that they haven’t revoked any access of any application - that they know of.I then contacted Adobe who said that apparently, Creative Cloud for Enterprise doesn’t include Adobe Fonts as well as other applications, despite the fact, I was using these exact fonts and services yesterday, the day before, and so on without any problems of the sort. The customer service clerk then said that I should be able to ask my U
We are launching a commercial website using Kepler Std via Adobe Fonts. Can you confirm whether the font will continue to be served if our Creative Cloud subscription expires and whether there are any restrictions on using Kepler Std on a production website for a client brand? According to my knowledge, I can use Kepler Std for commercial use as I have the subscription. Please clarify. Thank You
