Cannot Access Adobe Fonts

Hi,

I've enable fonts in my "Creative Cloud" app and have activated numerous fonts on the Adobe website, BUT when I go to find them in photoshop or illustrator theyre not there. I have attached an image from my "Creative Cloud" dektop app showing how no fonts show up even though I've activated them

Hi Brooke,

I see on your screenshot that the cloud icon in the top-right corner of the app has a X on it.

Did the syncing failed?
