Every time I install a different version of a font, the first one disappears.

I've been trying to install two versions of a Little Dinosaur font that I bought. For example, when I add the bold, the regular disappears and vice versa. I've been having to expand any text and then reinstall the other font to keep working and it's very frustrating! Any help you can give is appreciated.

The activation may have failed due to an interruption in your network connection, a problem connecting to Creative Cloud, or an account issue. First, click the Retry button to try activating the fonts again. If it continues to fail, follow the steps at the https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-font-activation.html

 

Please share a screenshot of the error while you follow the workflow for better understanding. Also, you could share the details of the OS installed on your PC. Please let us know how it goes.
