Hi! How can I use AZO SANZ Family out of ADOBE? Can I get this ? Thnx a lot for the help!

Depends what you mean by "out of Adobe"
If you want to buy it, instead of syncing it, then you can go there:

Otherwise, you can use this font and all the other Adobe fonts in other software than Adobe's (Like MsWord for example) provided that you've added them to your account, from Adobe fonts. And that you use them according to the terms of service, obviously.

If that's not what you needed, can you clarify a bit what you wanted?

Did you sync the Azo Sans type family at the Adobe Fonts website? Clicking the "Add Family" button there will make it avaiable to Adobe applications. In order to use Azo Sans with other applications installed on your computer you have to open the Creative Cloud app, go to the Fonts section and click the "Install Family" button listed next to the typeface.
