Font Import

New to Adobe. Trying to activate Liberate Sans for a PDF file, online it says font activated. Allows me to edit the document with the font "available" in a paragraph, however, next paragraph / line gives me an error that font is not available currently. 

What is going on? How do I fix this? Is there a way to manually download fonts for the deksktop app?

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Are you referring to the Liberation Sans font? Since when have you been seeing this issue?
