Font sync issue

Hey there!

Font syncing has become an issue for my team.
I'd like to understand if this is something Adobe has acknowledged and if there is a different system we could be using so these work better. Is it s version (currently using 17.2) issue and would upgrading to 2024 make a difference.
It's an issue with more than onemeber of the team and is likely impacting productivity (and general sanity).

We have to manually add the fonts, then restart CC, Indd and most times restar the computer.

Its there any support that Adobe can provide?

I'm sorry I don't have any solutions, but I'm here to say I'm having the same issue. All of a sudden, with no warning. all of my Adobe Fonts will not load. Selecting "Activate fonts" when I get the "Missing Fonts" error does nothing but offer a spinning ball... forever. I've seen this issue going back as far as 2021 and would have hoped Adobe has a solution by now...

I'm also facing the same problem, I noticed that the Adobe Fonts icon is removed from the Creative Cloud App.
