fonts not synching

Fonts are not synching with my programs. In the creative cloud desktop app in my window, when I go to the fonts tab it just gives me the spinning wheel of death. For hours. For the last day since trying to use a few new fonts.

I tried redownloading that app. I tried rebooting the computer. I have broadband connection.

 

stuck. please help. thanks.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind sharing the version of the Creative Cloud Desktop Application you're using? Is it possible if you can share the screenshot of the issue which you're seeing?

 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop Application? You may use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to uninstall the program. To install the Creative Cloud Desktop Application you may click here
