I've been using some fonts I've downloaded from Adobe for the past couple of months, but today I opened one of the files and it said that they were missing.
I opened my Creative Cloud app and they seem to have disappeared. I opened Adobe Fonts on my browser and now it says that these fonts aren't available because they aren't included in my plan.
This vexes me. I didn't change my plan. But I was just using these fonts a couple weeks ago. Not all my fonts have disappeared, only my favourites! 😞
Things I've tried to no avail:

Well… one font disappeared today from adobe fonts. its "baloo_2". I use it for a clients website. Am I missing something? Is adobe just quitting fonts without any notice? If so, the library is almost useless for me for future projects… 😞

Fonts that are added from Adobe Fonts can expire after a certain amount of time and be deactivated. Other problems can occur as well. If I see a type family disappear from the fonts list I'll usually just add it again at the Adobe Fonts web site and then "install" it for all apps in the CC Desktop app. I can do that pretty quickly. Certain apps may have to be closed and re-launched for the missing fonts to reappear in the font menu. Sometimes resetting the font data cache in the computer can fix errors.
Several versions of Baloo are available at the Google Fonts web site, including variable versions. It's possible for conflicts to occur if a computer has a font downloaded from Google installed and then another font of the same name added via Adobe Fonts.
