How to add Adobe font to Canva brand kit

Apr 30, 2024 Apr 30, 2024

Hi!

I am trying to upload my brand fonts to my Canva brand kit. I have installed the fonts via Adobe Creative Cloud, but I cannot find the .ttf files in the Adobe program files at all. I need the files to upload to Canva. Does anyone have any ideas about where to look for these files or alternative ways to get my brand fonts onto Canva?

Thanks!

Hi, after strugeling for a while I found a way it worked! I followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNN72Er8iFE . At first it didn't work, but when I tried these steps I actually worked for me!!

I found the folder for mac sequoia 15! Finder > Go > Go to folder > ~/Library/Application support > Coresync (it wasn't visible when i first looked but this way it was!) > Plugins > Livetype > Press to reveal folders: "Command" + "Shift" + "." .

For me the font I was looking for was immediately visible when i looked in to folder R or T. I'm not sure if it's because I tried to "download" te folder in Adobe CC, but I'll explain those steps just in case as well:

Install font in adobe fonts in web like usual > Open Adobe CC app > Home > [On the right side underneath your profile name and subscription press] > Adobe fonts > Press Install family/font (when you hover this icon it says "Click here to install for non Adobe apps) > And then go to the steps above^

If you don't see the font that you pased in your own font folder like the following steps in the video Press this again to reveal folders: "Command" + "Shift" + "."

Hope this helps!
