How to move webfont projects between accounts?

I am planning to switch from a CC subscription for teams to a personal CC subscriptions. I already read that I  should buy the new subscription first and then contact support to remove the teams license. 

But I haven’t seen any confirmation that I will be able to move over all my existing webfont projects. Is this possible?

Thank you for reaching out. It looks like you're trying to move your web project to a different account/subscription.

You can do that by following the below steps-

• Set up the same web project on the new subscription and update the website embed code to use the new web project ID, or
• Contact Adobe Care to speak with the support team about transferring an existing web project to a client's account.

The client needs to set up their Creative Cloud subscription before the web font project can be transferred. The full font library is included in most paid Creative Cloud subscriptions (with a few exceptions).

I have spent hours on chat and have been told multiple times that you can not transfer the web font projects between accounts (or profiles on the same account) and that the only solution is to tediously recreate the projects. This answer should be edited so others don't have thier hopes dashed since support can not actually help.

That's terrible that you had that experience. I haven't yet transferred my web font project over but just spoke to support and they assured me that it was possible as long as I was transferring from an active account to another active account with a subscription. Fingers crossed that I can do that later on today or tomorrow when I need to.

@justanh, was this a successful transition? I'm looking to merge several accounts into one and this would be ideal to not have to change code in the projects with a new ID. If they were able to do this, what steps did you take? Thanks!
