I'm looking for the Web Font license for Penumbra Std

I can't seem to track down where to buy this license. Everywhere I look it seems Adobe is the sole distributor of this font but they don't offer it on Adobe Fonts or Typekit.

NB Penumbra is a family, not just one font. All the fonts have Std in the name. You need to license each font separately including bold and italic versions.
